The service was exceptional with helpful staff, but there were some rude encounters. The location is ideal for both beach enthusiasts and shopping lovers, but not very convenient for airport access. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were classy with very good bedding and amenities, including a large rooftop pool and a good gym. However, the property could use a bit of renovation as it initially smelled a bit off.
