The hotel offers spacious, comfortable rooms with a great view of the city, although my stay didn't start off as expected. The service was exceptional with helpful staff, but there were some rude encounters. The location is ideal for both beach enthusiasts and shopping lovers, but not very convenient for airport access. The dining experience had a variety but fell short of expectations. Overall, a mixed experience with some standout positives and negatives.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were classy with very good bedding and amenities, including a large rooftop pool and a good gym. However, the property could use a bit of renovation as it initially smelled a bit off.
